Fees
Food Safety and Kitchen Course is free.
The use of the Value Added Kitchen (VAK) is divided into two 6-hour increments/day, Monday – Friday, 6 am – 12 pm and 1 pm- 7 pm. There is a flat fee of $20 per 6-hour slot, regardless of how many hours are used. No more than ten 6-hour slots per month/per user.
There is a $25 fee charged for No-Shows.
If onsite/online Entry and Exit forms are not filled out before leaving the facility, a $25 fee will be charged.
Cancellations require at least a 24-hour notice to allow others to reserve the previously taken slot.
Billing will be quarterly by either US Mail or email.
Commercial Dehydrators are $5 for one drying time.
If a User fails to leave the facility in the proper condition, the User may receive a warning. Upon a second such failure, the User shall pay a fine of $25. Upon a third such failure, this Agreement may be terminated.
